Collections Advisor

Our Leicester client is looking for an experienced Collections Advisor to work within their busy call centre environment.

Job Role: Temp Ongoing

Calling customers in arrears with payments to collect monies owed or to arrange suitable payment plans

Negotiating with customers whilst being consistantly helpful yet assertive

Providing excellent customer service on a telephone basis

Key Skills/Experience

Candidates must be flexible between the hours of 8am and 9pm Mon-Fri and are also required to work every Saturday from 9am-1pm

Previous experience in a similar collections role is essential

All candidates will be requested to pass a credit check

Candidates must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
