Sales Executive - Overseas Property Sales (telesales based sales role, NO cold calling)
£12k basic, £30-35k+ uncapped OTE.
Greater Manchester location.
Overseas property sales experience would be ideal or may suit call centre telesales experience.

Role;
Sales of overseas properties and related services such as legal advice, currency and removal services in a phone based sales role.
Responding to and converting sales enquires from internet portals, newsletters, emails, exhibitions, other direct marketing methods, referrals and repeat business (NO cold calling)
Speaking to potential buyers, understand their requirements, qualify their interest, fact find, meet their needs, present and close the sale.
Focusing on properties across particular regions and offering the customers specialist knowledge of these areas.
Dealing with customers from any part of the world, looking for any type of property and finding a property to suit their needs wherever they may wish to purchase.
Advising and guiding purchasers throughout the process.
Promoting excellent lifestyle benefits and investment opportunities.
As part of the process offering advice on financing properties abroad, selling the current home, legal advice, currency and removal services.
Building long term relationships with customers and gaining repeat business.
Key / ideal requirements;
Must have proven phone based, telesales skills and experience.
Sales experience in the overseas property market would be ideal.
Knowledge of the sales cycle including establishing need, qualifying, overcoming objections and closing.
Ability to sell and close over the phone.
Experience of working in targeted and commission led sales environment.
Committed approach and strong work ethic as this is a very stable working environment.
Must be extremely commission led and financially motivated.
