RGN'S / RMN'S - PIRTON, WORCESTER We are currently looking to recruit experienced RGN's and RMN's for a busy Acquired Brain Injury Specialist Centre. Experience and knowledge of ABI, Huntingtons, Parkinson is preferable. Suitable candidates must have a Registered Nurse qualification and hold current registration with the NMC. The roles / responsibilities are: *To carry out individual care as per resident's care plan. *To continuously assess and monitor the "dependance" of residents. *To promote confidentiality *To establish and maintain good relationships between residents, relatives and staff. *To participate in the residents activity programme. *To administer and control drugs and medications as per company policy, UKCC and Health Authority guidelines. *To undertake direct nursing care as necessary. *To adhere to the company's policies and procedures and to ensure subordinates are fully conversant with them.
