Head of Dementia Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dual qualified Registered Nurse to work as the Head Of Dementia Services for a large and prestigious care organisation. The successful applicant will need to take the lead responsibility working with senior managers and commissioners to develop the organisations Dementia care strategy and framework for my clients company. To work with senior management and training team to develop a programme for dementia care training across my clients organisation whilst also providing high quality clinical research information including developing clinical guidelines and protocols for Dementia care. The successful candidate will also be expected to attend National conferences and meetings with commissioners and external agencies to promote best practice in Dementia care. To broadcast information and take part in research projects whilst also applying for research grants on behalf of the organisation.
