Our client is looking for outgoing, dynamic and customer focused individuals to join their fast growing and exciting firm! Working within a friendly and fun customer service team ensuring all customer queries are dealt with in a way that exceeds customer expectations. Initially our clients is looking for people on a temporary basis with a view to offering a permanent opportunity.
The role will involve dealing with a variety of customer queries via telephone and email. Full training will be given. Working in a work hard play hard team! The office accommodation is modern, open plan and airy and the dress code is casual. On being made permanent you will be offered great benefits which include 25 days holiday and big discounts at the gym.
Successful candidates will have:
A passion for delivery of excellent customer service
Some customer service experience within an office environment is required
A confident manner
Solid IT skills in MS Office
Be excellent communicators
Have flexible attitude
Be a team player
Working Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6pm.
