Permanent Design Manager opportunity to work in the East Yorkshire area
Company
A leading national building contractor who have an annual turnover in excess of £20 million per annum.
Job
Design Manager required too work on new build construction schemes. The role is predominantly office based but weekly site visits are still an integral part of the role. The role will involve the design management of new build construction projects and also liasing with the client.
Experience Required
Candidates will ideally be working as a Design Manager and will be used to working on multiple contracts with project values up to £30 million. Candidates will ideally have PFI experience and also education experience.
Remuneration
Maximum salary as below, depending upon experience, plus remuneration package.
